Business Analyst
Key Result Accountabilities Collaborates with administrative and operations staff to thoroughly understand, translate and communicate business needs.
Responds to inquiries and provides advice regarding current and potential system inputs, processes, and outputs.
Leads and negotiates project plans and timeframes, ensuring that all stakeholders understand the anticipated result.
Produces reports, timelines, and graphics to communicate project expectations and progress to management and other relevant parties.
Maintains, analyzes and aggregates data across operating systems using business intelligence tools.
Manages relationships and acts as liaison internally and externally to support projects and relevant operating systems.
Researches and analyzes the nature, effect, and results of system/process limitations.
Satisfies data sampling, project analysis, testing verification, and other user requests from existing databases.
Responsibilities include legal document review.
Maintains working knowledge of industry standards, trends, and best practices through industry and other professional networks.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including customer service.
Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software programs.
Experience with ERP systems and business intelligence tools, preferred.
Previous project management experience.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent management skills with the ability to lead, facilitate, motivate, and organize.
Ability to adapt to and lead change.
Ability to work independently, learn quickly and creatively solve problems.
Interpersonal skills require applicant to be proactive with risk management and conflict mitigation.
Education and
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or related field is preferred.
Three to five years' experience is preferred.
