$15 - $18/hour, depending on your education backgroundChild Care Staff Job SummaryThe Child Care Educator will be hands-on with the youth to implement curriculum and programming on a day to day basis.
This role is responsible for the supervision and safety of all program participants as well as relationship building.
This role will ensure that they follow all DHS Chapter 3270 Regulations and BGCA Safety requirements.

18 years of age and above - Child Care StaffWant to work with youth and make a lasting impact that supports your professional growth as well?BGCWPA has the answers for you.
We are recruiting individuals above the age of 18 who enjoy working with youth.
We will pay you an hourly rate, guarantee you 29 hours per week, and send you back to school to earn a 4 year degree at 5% the cost of a university and college tuition.
You can go to school in person if that is right for you, or online, you decide.
We also offer you Teladoc, a $0 copayment for access to physicians, chiropractors, dermatologists, and therapy at no cost to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
